1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form the legal agreement between you (the player) and DK8888 (the platform, operating at dk8888.win). By accessing the website, installing the app or placing a bet or game wager on the platform, you are confirming that you accept these terms in full.

DK8888 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. Your account details – name, CNIC number, registered mobile number and payment method – must be consistent and accurate. The name on your dk8888 account must match the name on your CNIC and the name on your registered payment method. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

Account verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal. Verification requires a valid CNIC front and back, a selfie with the CNIC, and proof of the payment method you intend to use for withdrawals. These documents must belong to you and must be genuine.

4 Deposits

All deposits on dk8888 are made in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.

DK8888 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals may be returned to source and may result in a review of your account.

Deposited funds that have not been used in any game activity within an extended period may be subject to an inactivity review. Players will be notified before any administrative action is taken on a dormant account balance.

5 Withdrawals

DK8888 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Any charges applied by your mobile wallet operator or bank on the receiving end are beyond the control of the platform.

Withdrawals are subject to account verification being complete. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer as part of the initial security check. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified method process more quickly.

If your account balance includes any active bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements, only the portion of your balance that has cleared those requirements is available for withdrawal. The breakdown of your withdrawable versus bonus balance is visible in your account dashboard.

• Withdrawal requests submitted through the correct process and to verified accounts are the platform's standard commitment.
• The platform reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving large or unusual withdrawals.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

DK8888 offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. Before accepting a bonus, read the associated conditions carefully – in particular the wagering requirement, the time limit and any game restrictions.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered in eligible games before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on PKR 1,000 requires PKR 20,000 of qualifying game activity before withdrawal is permitted.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Real money is used first in eligible games unless the platform specifies otherwise for a particular offer.

Technical malfunctions of any kind void all game play and any associated pay-outs. In the event that a game error results in an incorrect credit or an incorrect loss, dk8888 reserves the right to correct the account balance once the error has been confirmed.

Players are expected to act in good faith during gameplay. Any behaviour that is designed to exploit game mechanics, take advantage of software errors, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform may result in winnings being voided and the account being suspended.

Sports betting markets on dk8888, including cricket and PSL markets, are subject to the specific rules for each sport and competition. In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded are void. DK8888 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered incorrectly due to technical error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are not permitted on dk8888 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not registered in your name.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute any deposit through your bank or payment provider.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform or its games.
